I thought this video I found on You Tube demonstrates really well the ATC2000′s under water potential. The footage here has apparently taken the camera down to 7 meters (the camera is meant to be waterproof to 3 meters).

I’d still be a little weary taking mine under water, but this video does show it is safe and the camera can record at a really good quality.

A friend of mine is thinking about getting an ATC2000 to record himself kayaking – hopefully if he does get one I’ll be able to share some of the footage with all of you!
